Even with GuardTek being a very user-friendly solution, working with an information system often is a new experience for security officers. We have made sure that our comprehensive training program is tailored to all levels of trainees from beginners to experts.

To ensure our customers’ success with an implementation we offer two types of training:

1. If a client is rolling-out GuardTek to a large physical location, possibly composed of many individual sites, or if the client has a sizeable security staff to train, we propose that the customer have his in-house trainer, and that we train the trainer. In this case the client designates a person or team to be trained by us, and that person or team conducts all subsequent training of the client’s staff.
   
   
2. If you have a smaller team to train, or if you prefer to fully outsource training of security staff, we will gladly provide that service. Our trainers are highly qualified and flexible, and they will ensure a seamless transition from training to successful implementation of GuardTek solution.

Working with GuardTek is easy. Typically, three hours of training for security officers with limited IT knowledge is enough to start them on their way.
