Fully functional cell phone
The ActiveGuard device is equipped with a SIM card and can make and receive phone calls like a regular cell phone.
However, incoming and outgoing phone numbers can be restricted by the supervisor. A supervisor can specify which phone numbers the device can receive calls from, and any other numbers will be prevented from reaching the device. The same is true with numbers the device can call.
The supervisor can also activate the "listening in" functionality, in which the device will pick up a phone call automatically. This can be useful to remotely listen in to an emergency situation in the field.
