Start/end of shift recording
Scheduling of security officers is a vital component of GuardTek Post. After authentication, each Security Officer starts his shift on a web-based terminal and validates the condition of the equipment necessary for his job at the security post.
The supervising team is alerted, in real time, of any delays in anyone’s starting or ending of a shift. This allows them to take prompt remedial action and to prevent more serious consequences.
This module is also helpful for clients to control hours billed vs. hours actually worked, and for contractors to control hours paid to employees vs. hours actually worked.
Up-to-date scheduling information is available at anytime to clients, supervisors and to Security Officers.
