The system's two main components - the PDA based inspection system, and the web based support system - are easy to configure and operate. You configure by yourself, on the Internet, the inspection templates that will be downloaded to the PDA with the push of a button. You can ‘inspect' with the system anything that you would usually use paper checklists for. However, our PDA bases inspections are interactive and depending on the type of response provided to given questions, the system will prompt the user for additional information. Inspections can include both photos and signatures and are easily uploaded for further processing. Uploads are done wirelessly, anytime, from anywhere. Once received by the web based support system, inspection reports are immediately sent out by email according to distribution criteria that you define in the system.
