GuardTek Post includes a full management module for both temporary and permanent post orders. It is an effective way to ensure that information is promptly delivered to the right people:

 

  • Security and Safety post orders are managed separately
  • Company policies, permanent and temporary post orders are manageable with the system
  • Acknowledgment of new post orders is required from officers (supervision notified if not)
  • Historical information on post order reading/acknowledgement is available
  • New permanent post orders can be submitted directly by clients for supervisor approval
  • New temporary post orders can be created by your clients, with cc: to supervisors

Last version of any post order is available to authorized users. Post orders can be manageged remotely and security
  • Real-time delivery of post orders occurs at security posts
  • Detail tracking of any post order and subsequent changes (version, modification, deletion…)
  • Post orders can be created directly in GuardTek Post using the built in text editor, and include pictures, maps and PDF files
