| Security Officers often receive phone calls by night after office hours. They are supposed to take note and send this information.
In GuardTek Post, we decided to make communication simple with our call log module. Every time a Security Officer receives a call, wherever she/he is on the application, she/he is able to record this information in GuardTek Post by clicking on the Call Log icon at the top right of the screen.

A Security Officer is recording a phone call into GuardTek Post. The message will be sent to the recipient via email

Date and time fields are automatically generated, and a resident search can be run in the database very easily. The message is then delivered by email to the recipient.
Very helpful for Security Officers, it's also the best way to guarantee a full audit trail for messages and phone calls and to keep forever a history of calls at the security post.
