Tour reader Print

ActiveGuard has a built-in RFID reader and records information stored on RFID tour "tags", sending the information in real time via the GPRS network. Each tag has a unique and non-duplicable ID. They are installed at the different locations you want your people to check, indoors or outdoors.

RIFD tags are grouped into one or several tours so that you can make sure that your people in the field visited the different locations they had to check.

Depending on your business andon your needs, ActiveGuard can help you to track:

  • Security guard tours
  • Mobile patrols
  • Fire equipment tours
  • Janitorial rounds
  • Maintenance tours
  • Courier tours
  • and whatever tours you would like to track easily

This information is available in real-time, securely, via the use of Internet Explorer on your computer. You are able to monitor the activity in the field and react immediately when something is going wrong.

This information is available remotely, from as many locations as you may need, meaning that you are able to consolidate the information at one place, allowing you to monitor activity all over the US and even abroad.

For each tour, a number of criteria can be defined, so that you are warned if people are not operatingcorrectly:

  • Maximum duration of the tour
  • Minimum number of tags needed for a complete tour

Keep in mind the ActiveGuard also allows you to report incidents, actions and even to track working time.

If a tour does not meet your requirement, our platform can notify you by email and/or text message (read more about notifications).

Based on the activity, you can take advantage of a full comprehensive reporting module to analyze, with only a few clicks, the performance of your people or of your contractors in the field (read more about our reporting module)
