Time & Attendance - Scheduling Print

Scheduling information is included in ActiveGuard. Each user of the system receives an ID tag, that can be a printable white card or a key ring. To start his shift, the user needs to read his/her ID tag, then read the "start of shift" tag that is installed at the site. Then you know who is working where, in real-time.

The supervising team is alerted, in real time, of any delays in starting or ending a shift. They promptly react to this type of situation based on your internal personnel replacement policy.

Moreover, this module is helpful for clients to control invoiced hours vs. actual hours worked, and for contractors to control paid hours vs. actual hours worked.

Up-to-date scheduling information is available at anytime to clients and supervisors.
