A key module of GuardTek ActiveGuard, our notification system is extremely powerful.

 

Managing information in real-time is a first step. Distribution of critical information, however, is certainly the most important part of our solution.

 

Our notification system is the key decision-making functionality for 60% of our clients. We deliver daily an average of 5,000 emails and 600 text messages.

 

For this reason, the built-in notification system delivers the information, instantaneously, via 3 different possible channels:

 

  • Email, received on your Outlook or Lotus Notes corporate mailbox, or directly on your Blackberry
  • Text message, received on any cell phone
  • Direct alert on the screen, useful for people in charge of monitoring the activity

 

The system is very flexible; you define by yourself who is going to receive what type of information.
