Managing information in real-time is a vital first step, but distribution of critical information is certainly the most important part of our solution.

 

Our notification system is the key decision-making functionality for 60% of our clients. We deliver daily an average of 5,000 emails and 600 text messages.

 

To meet our client's requirement for instant reporting, the built-in notification system delivers inspection reports, instantaneously, by email.

 

The system is very flexible and you define by yourself who is going to receive what type of information, for which facilities: You can manage notifications by location, or by user, and also what type of information is going to be sent:

 

  • Full report
  • Summary
  • Discrepancies only

 

Other specific notifications are also available. For example, based on the number of inspections you are supposed to perform for a given client on a monthly basis, the system alerts you if you are not on track to completing the necessary number.

   

After selecting a site, you just need to check the users who need to receive reports
