As our solutions are web-based, we do not have any limitation in term of distance, neither to deploy our solutions nor to support them.

RTM Soft Inc. operates in the Americas. Our parent company, Alpha System, is operating in Europe and Africa. It is already in over 20 countries that our solutions are used on a daily basis.

Our larger clients are able to manage within the same platform, with the same username, their operations in multiple countries. We anticipated this need when we built our applications, including a full time zone and multilingual management system.

Our solutions are already available in several languages: English, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Swedish and Danish.

This multi-country approach is a real advantage for us, as we could analyze how people from different countries are operating. We selected the best practices to build new functionality in GuardTek, and share them with all ourclients.

Our 2 offices, in New York and in Paris, allow us tosupport our clients 18 hours a day (from 2AM to 8PM ET)
